Testimonial Terms

Thank you for your willingness to share the experience you’ve had with Loopify. We would love to share what you have to say with the rest of the world, but to do that, we need your permission.

The following terms and conditions (“Testimonial terms and conditions”) apply to the submission of written, picture, video/audio testimonials, customer case studies, and campaign success stories (“Testimonials”) for use on https://www.loopify.com(the “Website”) and elsewhere by Loopify AS for any marketing, promotional, and sales purposes.

By submitting a testimonial or participating in a case study or campaign success story, you agree to these Testimonial terms and conditions and accept this as a legal agreement.

1. Ownership

You confirm that you are authorized to act for and on behalf of the Company and have the power to submit to Loopify a written, audio, or video testimonial and participate in a case study or campaign success story for the Company or business you work for.

Upon submitting your testimonial, case study, campaign success story, you hereby give Loopify AS full rights to use, publish, republish, and reproduce the submitted material for any marketing, promotional, and sales purposes, in any manner and via any form of media Loopify AS deems advisable, for any purpose, throughout the world, all or any part of your testimonial, case study, campaign success story.

2. Release

You give your consent for this material to be used for promotional purposes on one or more pages of the Loopify AS website or in various print, electronic, or other marketing, advertising or informational material, multimedia presentations, or in any other distribution media.

You agree that Loopify AS may use and publish your full name, job position, voice, photograph, drawing or another likeness of you and any descriptive, biographical or other written materials you provide, the company name and logo and all associated rights of personality or publicity, in any manner Loopify AS may deem advisable in connection with its use of your Testimonial.

You will provide Loopify AS with your photo and the company logo. Loopify AS will not use any photo or company logo that is not submitted or approved by you.

You agree that you are not entitled to any financial compensation for Loopify AS’s use of your testimonial, case study, or campaign success story.

You agree that Loopify AS may edit for grammatical or typing errors and that some parts may be shortened or not be shown because of its length.

You waive any right that you may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products, the advertising copy or other matters and uses connected to it and you hereby release and agree to hold harmless Loopify AS, its agents, employees and assigns, and anyone authorized by any of them, from any and all claims, rights, demands, damages, actions or liability which you, your heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, may have in connection with such use, the resulting advertising, or these Testimonial Terms and Conditions.

You understand that Loopify AS has no obligation to use your Testimonial, and may elect to use or not to use your Testimonial (or any derivative work created from your Testimonial) in Loopify AS’s sole discretion.

3. Representations and Warranties

You represent and affirm that:

1. You made your Testimonial voluntarily or agreed to participate in a case study or campaigns success story;
2. It contains your own opinion;
3. It is based on your personal experience(s) with Loopify AS;
4. And it is true and correct to the best of your knowledge;

You represent and affirm that you will contact Loopify AS via email at support@loopify.com at any time your opinion about Loopify AS or its services, as expressed in your Testimonial, should change and you wish to retract your Testimonial.

You further represent and affirm that the facts stated about you in your Testimonial are substantially true and accurate, and that neither you nor any member of your family is an employee of Loopify AS.

4. Privacy

Information you provide in connection with your Testimonial will be stored and used in accordance with Loopify AS’s Privacy policy.
